John Greene

John Greene received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from DePaul University in Chicago. In 1976, John and his wife, Patti started john greene, Realtor in Naperville, Illinois and in 1999 they started john greene Land Company in Oswego, Illinois. Mr. Greene is a founding partner and past President of the Naperville Polo Club and a founding partner of South Shore Polo Club, West Palm Beach, Florida. John is founding member of the Cornwall Hounds Hunt Club in Elizabeth, Illinois. Since 1993, John has been serving as Master of Fox Hounds for the club. John has been active in Rotary International (Co-Chairman Poliplus), North Central College’s President Club and Annual Fund Drive, Naperville Sesquicentennial Committee, YMCA Fund Drive, Naperville Chamber of Commerce Past Director, Naperville Riverwalk Committee and Past Director and Officer of Naperville Jaycees. John was also a founder and mastermind of the EWCCA, the East-West Corporation Corridor Association, previously known as the Naperville Toll Road Corridor. John and Patti, along with their daughter, Megan, helped establish a charitable Montessori School in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. John and Patti also raised funds and clothing for people in Russia, Kosovo and Brazil. John and Patti have three children and reside in Naperville. Shannon Greene Robb is Executive Director of Arranmore Center for Arts. She resides in Naperville with her husband, Bryan Robb, and their two sons. Tim is a licensed real estate salesperson with john greene Land Company. He and his wife, Jodi, reside in Naperville. Megan is finishing graduate school in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has been teaching yoga, both here and abroad, for the past three years.  top

Ray Brownfield

Ray Brownfield brings over 40 years of agricultural property experience to his clientele. During his career, he has worked in farm management and real estate brokerage for Continental Illinois Bank & Trust Company, First National Bank of Peoria, The Northern Trust Bank and Capital Agricultural Property Services, Inc. Ray is a graduate of Illinois State University at Normal, and earned the professional title of Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) in 1970, Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) in 1974 and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) in 2005. He is also an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker.In addition to his membership in the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), Ray is also a member, Hall of Fame recipient and past president of the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ISPFMRA). He currently is President of the ASFMRA and District 1 Vice-President of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), Illinois Chapter. Additionally, Ray is a member of the Chicago Farmers and the advisory board for the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences. After 35 years of service, Ray retired from the United States Army Reserve as a CW5. Ray’s hobby is restoring vintage Mustang cars. Ray and his wife Patty reside in Naperville.  top

Tim Greene

Tim holds a Real Estate Salesperson's license and is extremely well known in Kendall, Will and DuPage counties with local farmers who are in the process of selling their real estate holdings to reputable developers that he successfully brought to the negotiation table. Tim has been very instrumental in selling and closing farms in the collar counties to developers who have had the capability to pay competitive prices. Tim attended DePaul University (Chicago) and Benedictine University (Lisle). He is a member of the Oswego Rotary Club and the U.S. Polo Association. Tim and his wife, Jodi, reside in Naperville.  top

Whitney Schluter

Whitney recently earned a Real Estate License Certificate and is studying to sit for the Real Estate Salesperson License Exam. Currently, Whitney is Tim Greene's Administrative Assistant, as well as overseeing the accounts payable/receivable for Arranmore Farm, Hidden Hollow Farm and Cornwall Hounds. Whitney attended Illinois State University and hold's an Associate in Applied Arts Degree (College of DuPage, 2002). Whitney is a native of Naperville and is an active member of the Naperville Jaycees.  top

Sandy Adams

Sandy holds a Real Estate Broker's license, which enables her to hold the position of Licensed Personal Assistant. In addition to acting as Ray Brownfield's assistant, Sandy prepares marketing materials, oversees the accounts payable/receivable for john greene Land Company, manages all aspects of Information Technology and designed/maintains the john greene Land Company website. Sandy holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking (Joliet Junior College, 2006), is A+ Certified and a Microsoft Office Specialist. In addition to being named to the National Dean's List, Sandy is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and volunteers in the Plainfield community, where she resides with her son.  top
